PrismLoop Studio

Privacy policy

How Studio uses data to operate its private video workspace.

Effective

YouTube data

PrismLoop Studio uses YouTube API Services and requests read-only Google OAuth access for the authorized PrismLoop (English) and PrizmaLoop (Turkish) channels. It uses each channel's ID, display handle and public subscriber count to identify the channel and show its status.

For eligible tracked YouTube posts, Studio may retrieve view, like and comment counts. Recent comments may include the commenter's display name, text and publication time. Studio displays this information under the granted authorization and synchronizes it with the local Studio app.

Google handles YouTube authorization and provides the requested channel and video data. Read the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Sign-in and storage

Cloudflare hosts Studio's online services. The private dashboard uses Cloudflare Access to verify the sign-in email and maintain the signed-in session using cookies.

Studio keeps synchronized data in its private Cloudflare D1 database. Authorized workspace users can see this data in Studio. Google OAuth credentials are stored in Cloudflare Worker secrets. The local Studio app keeps drafts and cached sync data in SQLite on the user's device.

Studio's private Cloudflare R2 storage can hold videos from selected, approved packages. The associated caption, cover timing and publishing details are stored in D1.

Your controls

You can revoke PrismLoop Studio's YouTube access in your Google Account permissions.
